We are currently hiring Branch Supervisor/Scheduler – London Branch, Protective Services

* Day Schedule Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm

On a typical day, you will be responsible of:

* Providing excellent customer service
* Navigating our scheduling system – Scheduling all London requests for service
* Multitasking
* Working in a team
* Communicating regularly with patrons/clients
* Work in a fast paced environment

* New Customer Sales

* Recruiting staff for London area

* Responding to alarm calls during high volume times to assist mobile patrol

* Attend weekly management meetings

You are the ideal candidate for this position because you possess:

* Excellent computer skills
* Prior customer service experience
* Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal (candidates will be tested)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Some understanding/knowledge of security industry can be an asset
* Excellent telephone manner
* Professional deportment
