As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.

Responsibilities for Security Guard

• ProServe & Pro Tect certification
• Alcohol within the environment is part of the work scope
• Greet customers and register visitors as needed.
• Act as a first responder in the event of a crisis or emergency
• Must be able to meet physical requirements 
• Standing, walking , bending and sitting for extended periods 
• Ability to understand and follow all site policy and procedures 
• Camp provided

Qualifications for Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Alberta security license 
• Standard First aid level C
• Class 5 driver license 
• Clean Driver Abstract 
• CSO safety ticket 
• Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
