Responsibilities of the Loss Prevention Officer

• Monitor the premises

• Conduct patrols to detect any suspicious activity

• Control access points and verify identities

• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats

• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring security

• Write detailed reports on events and incidents

• Collaborate with authorities in serious situations.

Qualifications of a Loss Prevention Officer

  • First aid certificate required.
