We’re looking for reliable and flexible Security Guards to support our team in Moncton and Fredericton.

Whether it’s providing static coverage, event security, or stepping in on short notice, this part-time / casual position is perfect for someone who wants to gain experience, stay active, and possibly grow into a full-time role.
Shifts are based on operational needs, offering flexibility and variety for candidates open to on-call and Ad-Hoc assignments.

Responsibilities for Casual Security Guard

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document events and incidents by writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secured areas and verify visitor identification
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or potential malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in the event of a serious situation or emergency
• Remain available and flexible to work on-call assignments, sometimes with minimal notice
• Be available for a variety of shifts, including daytime and overnight coverage

Qualifications for Casual Security Guard

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle or reliable transportation.

• First Aid/CPR certification (considered an asset)

• Strong report writing skills and attention to detail

• Good vision and the ability to stay focused and alert for extended periods

• Comfortable using technology and security-related tools/systems
