Process Optimization and Quality Analyst

GardaWorld Cash Services is hiring a contractual Analyst, Process Optimization and Quality to provide support and customized solutions to prestigious clients. Selected individuals will liaise with operations teams across the country.


What you will do:


  • Support Process and Quality team initiatives and new client process. Prioritize, validate, recommend document and optimize.
  • Support et contribute change management with or without resources involved.
  • Contribute to all performance KPIs definition with advisors.
  • Build all procedure book, map processes, optimize them (actual and new) and make sure to keep them up to date.
  • Build a training book, map processes, make sure to keep them up to date and participate to training evaluation and optimization.
  • stakeholder in its follow-ups, must update the work plans and recommend viable solutions.
  • Bilingual required (English&French, oral, writing), presential needed as required (periodically


Your profile :

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge or experience in the transport of values ​​(secure transport and cash management) is a definite asset;
  • Bilingualism (spoken / written) English and French;
  • Experience in banking is an asset
  • Ability to Analyze and solve problems quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  •  Very good sense of work organization
  •  Ability to work in a team
  • Sense of urgency
  •  Ability to determine priorities and objectives
