GardaWorld is currently hiring a Recruitment Manager for our Security Services Logistics business line.

 

Reporting to the Regional Director and working collaboratively with members of the management team, the successful candidate will lead the recruitment team in hiring a volume of Security Guards across Ontario.  The ideal candidate for this role will not only manage the day-to-day recruitment operation, but also lead the strategy to continually evolve the recruiting program to ensure success.

 

Recruitment Manager duties include: 

 

  • Manage a team of Recruitment Advisors in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment   
  • Collaborate with Account Management to ensure recruitment needs are met and with Operations to find solutions to scheduling challenges 
  • Proactively develop recruitment plans that take into account emerging trends within recruitment and security industry to attract and retain the best staff   
  • Manage and ensure the ATS (SuccessFactors) is updated according to defined standards and champion best practices for leveraging the tool for efficiency    
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to determine efficiencies and areas for improvement for the individual and team    
  • Oversee the ongoing coaching and development of the Recruitment Team  
  • Ensuring Employee Files are in compliance with corporate and ISO regulations   
  • Present regular updates to senior leadership 

 

Recruitment Manager Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading a recruitment team  
  • Process and speed – proven track record of leading a team to deliver on both  
  • Solutions focused & creative problem solving – ability to look at problems from many different angles and make suggestions on how to overcome  
  • Flexible & adaptable – embraces change and understand that unique realities of every role and/or client
