Mobile Municipal By-Law Security Guard

Are you ready to suit up?

We are seeking Mobile Municipal Security Guard  to join our team in Peterborough. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and compliance with local bylaws within the city.

An ideal candidate must be able to pass Use of Force certification, strong knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act, Local by laws and parking enforcement with excellent observation, communication skills.

Evidence collection experience is an asset.

This post is temporary, ending approximately February 28, 2025 - Other opportunities will be presented should there be openings at the ending of the contract. 

Schedule is a Full-time schedule from 1500-2300 ( Mon to Fri) earning $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications to become a Mobile Municipal Security Guard in Peterborough

• A valid security guard license and first aid card 

• A valid driver's license 

• Available to work flexible hours 

• Have a clear criminal background and driving record 

• Be eligible to work in Canada
