We are looking for a Full-Time security guards who would be interested working at a Office Setting at  Thompson, MB. 
As a  Concierge Security guard , you will primarily deal with the general public. Quality, service and customer satisfaction are at the heart of our customers' priorities.

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard in Thompson

• Providing uniformed, physical security to our client and its customers/visitors
• Greet and assist general public.
• Conducting daily functions of the security unit including visual deterent, and report writing/note taking.
• Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis
• Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors
• Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through positive teamwork
• Assist with access control and monitor individuals within the building.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.
• Conduct regular interior patrols of the building.
• Respond to issues in the parking lot if required.
• Manage crowds and ensure safety
• Respond to emergencies, such as fires, medical situations, or security breaches.
• Access control & technology proficiency required.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard in Thompson

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Must have  a recent clear criminal record check and Child Abuse check
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to work days
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
