We are currently hiring a Quality Lead for the Winnipeg Airport, on a Full Time basis.

Job Description includes, but are not limited to the following:

* Conducting active oversight of the Pre-Board Screening (PBS), Non Passenger Screening (NPS) and Hold Baggage Screening (HBS) operations
* Oversee and document compliance with CATSA’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GardaWorld’s Quality Management System (QMS)
* Collect data to measure SOP compliance and performance
* Provide coaching, correction and overall feedback to Screening Officers and Checkpoint Managers
* Intervene immediately if parts of the screening process were not completed or if critical aspects of the screening process were performed incorrectly
* Assist with the development and tracking of Corrective Action Plans
* Assist with breach and unsuccessful infiltration test investigations
* Conduct or assist with audits, as requested (CATSA, CGSB, and/or Internal Audits)

Job Requirements:

* Must be a Canadian Citizen or a permanent resident as defined in the Immigration Act with an employment authorization document
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
* No previous criminal background for which a pardon has not been granted
* 18 years of age or older
* Willing and able to work outside regular working hours and able to work shifts
* Post-Secondary education in related field or combination of education and work experience
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
* Bilingual (English, French) would be an asset
* Certification as a Screening Officer would be an assest
* Oversight and/or auditing experience is an asset
* Training background is an asset

Skill Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills; fluent in written and oral English
* High level of comfort dealing with a variety of customer interactions/escalations
* Highly organized and results driven individual who is able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
* Ability to work within a structured, highly regulated environment

* Professional and detail oriented individual who has a flexible approach to work issues
* Easily adaptable to change and must embrace new challenges

* Periodic travel to the Prairie's Class 2 and Class 3 airports to perform QL duties
