What Does a Security guard in Winnipeg do ?

• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
• Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. 
• Performing exterior and Interior Foot  Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Use G- Track reporting system while patrolling.
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
• Provide Excellent customer service.

Qualification to become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to work Afternoon and Evening Shifts
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
