Organisation:

 

GardaWorld Travel Security branch (Crisis24 - CRISIS CONSULTING). The employee will report to the Customer Relations Department.

 

Work Location, Travel:

 

Probable business travel to the Paris and GardaWorld management offices in London, Dubai, Washington DC, Brussels and other locations where the company operates and where customers may be located.

 


Job Profile:

 

Travel Security & Response is a full-time position based in France (Rennes). The employee will provide support to the Customer Relations Department for user assistance, the organisation of the safety training and the deployment of services to French and international customers:

 

  • Ensure the proper functioning of Crisis24 GardaWorld Travel Security training centre by connecting with clients and trainers
  • Organize the training schedule according to the requests
  • Acquire autonomy to deploy services to customers
  • Solve problems concerning customer requests in a pragmatic and clear way
  • Build lasting trust relationships with customers
  • Provide adequate and alternative solutions.

The goal is to ensure a level of service excellence and maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to respond effectively in very different and delicate situations related to our job (information, prevention, crisis management).


Skills:

 

Crisis24 GardaWorld Travel Security is looking for a candidate with the following skills:

 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in the languages ​​used by our company to communicate with our customers and users. Candidate must have excellent English and French (written and oral)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team
  • Desired international experience, especially in countries at risk
  • Good time management with a strong ability to meet deadlines
  • Good presentation skills
  • Discretion
  • Very good knowledge of IT tools (experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

 

Training:

 

  • Minimum level of education: Master's degree Bac + 4 or equivalent

 

Responsibility:

 

The holder, Travel Security & Response will be under the responsibility of the Senior Manager, Client Relationship.


Experience:

  • The candidate must have previous professional experience where they have demonstrated good writing skills, good adaptability within a team, ability to work in situations that require good stress management, as well as sufficient educational capabilities to handle diverse customer profiles.
