What does a CRO in Calgary do?

  • Monitor security systems, intrusion alarm, CCTV, audio communication, building automation, environmental and fire, life, and safety systems.

  • Alarm responses on site

  • Access Control- create tickets for access as requested, request vendor unlocks, badges for vendors and visitors to control access

  • Communicate with building occupants during emergencies and with local police, fire, and emergency personnel regarding on-site emergencies.

  • Provide clear and concise documentation of all incidents through available logs

  • Perform audits and inspections of services and personnel, ensuring client requirements are met.

 

Qualifications to become a CRO in Calgary

  • Valid Alberta security guard license and first aid card 

  • This position is a full time position and I have both day and night shift available

  • Must be living in Canada for minimum of five years to qualify for reliability clearance status check 

  • 1 year of experience in security minimum

  • 1 year of experience in dispatch/ control centre minimum

  • Team lead experience is considered an asset.
