Mobile Security Supervisor - Barrie and Area

GardaWorld is seeking a Multi-Site Mobile Security Supervisor to support a key client across multiple locations. Based in Barrie, you will provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to frontline security guards while ensuring compliance with client requirements and GardaWorld standards. Travel throughout the region, including occasional visits to Sudbury, North Bay, Timmins, and other locations, is required using a company-provided vehicle.

This role is ideal for an experienced security professional who enjoys leadership, employee development, operational support, and building strong client and employee relationships while maintaining high service standards across multiple sites.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour + Benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with flexibility based on operational requirements

What does a Multi-Site Mobile Security Supervisor in Barrie do?

• Support security operations across multiple client locations
• Coach, mentor, and develop frontline security personnel
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance reviews
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, site procedures, and company policies
• Review reports, maintain records, and manage CCTV footage and documentation
• Support employee onboarding, training, and performance management
• Distribute schedules, operational updates, and site communications
• Liaise with clients, regional leadership, and head office teams
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements
• Travel between client locations as required

Qualifications to become a Multi-Site Mobile Security Supervisor in Barrie

• Minimum 1 year of Security Guard experience and previous supervisory experience
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• WSIB-approved First Aid certification
• Minimum G2 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to hold employees accountable while fostering a positive work environment
