As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service, at a post-secondary institution (L6Y 5H9 ). You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Security Guard Supervisor

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties

Qualifications for Security Guard Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• 1-3 years of experience in a security supervisory position is required
• First aid/ CPR Level C Certification is required
• Hold a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence is required
