Tactical Security - Supervisor

Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Supervisor?

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths.

As a Mobile Tactical Security Supervisor, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

You will be responsible for formulating a large team over multiple locations, and responding to calls for assistance to help lead critical incidents.

Schedule: 2 week continental rotation 0700-1900 hours and 1900-0700 hours (Full Time)

Location: N3S 7N9

Responsibilities for Mobile Security Supervisor

• Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Check identification and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of a large team of employees during last minute scheduling changes.

Qualifications for Mobile Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification - Required
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift 
• Full G licence needed - with clear drivers abstract
• Minimum 1 year experience supervising a security team
• Ability to participate in and pass an advanced Use of Force course.
