Our Lower Mainland branch is currently seeking an Account Manager to work within our Physical Security Division in Burnaby, BC.

 

What you’ll be doing
  • Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager; you will be responsible for enhancing & retaining a high-profile portfolio of accounts through interactive solutions. 
  • Meeting with clients regularly and performing regular site visits to ensure operational excellence
  • Liaising with both the client and security officers on site
  • Develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure, change management, special projects
  • Acting as a first point of contact for our GardaWorld employees on sites responsible for
  • Building and maintaining rapport with client exceeding expectations and remaining available to the client at all times 
  • Working within an office setting performing administrative functions from time to time 
  • Responding to client concerns in a professional and timely fashion with a "client first" attitude
  • Preparing and submitting paperwork and service agreements in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through positive teamwork

What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or ASIS International certification will be a major asset
  • Minimum 3 years in management experience in the security industry
  • Access to a vehicle, available for frequent travel throughout British Columbia 
  • Desire to work in a face paced, rapidly developing business unit of an international security company
  • Excellent written/verbal communication 
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills/judgement
  • Leadership and problem-solving capabilities
  • Autonomous with a good sense of adaptation to stress management
