Responsibilities for Bilingual Concierge Security Guard

• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect potential issues
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Report any suspicious behavior, security breaches, or safety hazards
• Assist staff, visitors, and customers as needed in a professional manner
• Operate and monitor surveillance systems and other security equipment
• Maintain accurate and detailed daily activity reports and incident logs
• Coordinate and cooperate with law enforcement, fire services, and emergency responders when necessary

Qualifications for Bilingual Concierge Security Guard

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of surveillance systems and security protocols
• Must pass background checks and possess any necessary licenses or certifications
