Responsibilities for a Commercial Security Shift Supervisor
-
Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance.

Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services.

Review and export of CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems.

Providing excellent costumer service to various tenants.

Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation.
- Must be able to cover a guards shift on a as needed basis

Coordinating day to day operations to the site supervisor

Responsible for ensuring that security licenses are up to date for bullpen staff
-
Assisting the Field supervisor in tracking various training matrixes for guards and the team leads.

Maintaining Training Matrix and performing other responsibilities as per assigned by the client.
Qualifications for Commercial Security Shift Supervisor

1 to 3 years experience in security supervisor experience

Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills (English an asset)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Valid Alberta Security license and first aid card
-
Must be able to work 4/4 - 2 12 hour day shifts & 2 12 hour night rotational shift

Demonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretion
- Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrest

Be eligible to work in Canada

Must have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalism
