Your Role:
As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead, develop, and inspire a team of direct sales professionals across multiple verticals—including residential, B2B, and home builder channels. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for setting a high-performance culture, supporting reps in the field, and driving the execution of sales strategies that accelerate growth. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a team of direct sales consultants across various customer segments and sales programs.
· Develop and implement territory plans, sales targets, and performance strategies to achieve growth objectives.
· Coach and mentor reps through hands-on training, ride-alongs, regular feedback, and performance development.
Monitor team KPIs and pipeline metrics, using data to identify opportunities and course-correct where needed.
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to optimize campaigns, product offerings, and go-to-market execution.
· Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent aligned with GardaWorld’s values and standards.
· Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence across the sales team.
Skills/Qualifications:
· 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in direct sales or field-based roles across multiple verticals.
· Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering strong sales results.
· Strong coaching, communication, and motivational skills with a passion for team development.
· Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
· Familiarity with CRM systems, sales operations, and performance reporting.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to help build a growing division within a national leader.
· Flexibility to travel within the region and support team members in the field as needed.
