What does a Mobile Field Manager do?
- Team Oversight: Provide leadership and support for mobile patrol guards and static sites across Calgary, acting as the primary point of contact during the night shift.
- Patrol & Alarm Management: Monitor and coordinate all mobile patrols and alarm responses, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Supervisor Visits: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site visits citywide to verify guard performance and compliance with security protocols.
- Guard Support & Performance Checks: Check in with mobile team guards during the shift, address issues, and ensure proper execution of duties.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Complete required health and safety documentation and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Operational Assurance: Ensure all security activities run smoothly during overnight hours and maintain communication with management as needed.
Qualifications required for a Field Manager in Calgary
- Post-secondary level or equivalent work experience.
- Valid Alberta Security License
- Full class 5 advanced drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- Minimum 2+ years in a physical security environment.
- Time Management skills.
- Professional and self motivated.
- Superior customer service / interpersonal skills
- Superior communication skills (verbal / written)
- Able to work in a team environment or independently as required.
- Excellent MSOffice skills.
- Strong Interpersonal relationship skills.
