Recruitment Advisor

 (Cash services – Western regions)


We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Recruiter to join our Western Region team for our Cash Services Division.

Reporting to the Senior Recruiter, the Recruiter is responsible for delivering all the recruitment needs of the Western Canada branches. The Recruiter is accountable for the oversight of all aspects of the recruitment and selection process. They will act as a business partner with the management team by providing and executing attraction strategies to recruit high-performing candidates and proactively selecting the best qualified talent.

Your mission at GardaWorld

  • Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process from the phone interview to the onboarding
  • Ensure positive candidate experiences by conducting large number of interviews and phone screens to process every interested applicant
  • Understand our business and operating processes to improve end-to-end recruitment selection
  • Manage our online Applicant Tracking System by posting position and tracking candidates
  • Create community relationships and partnerships by attending career fairs, networking events and reaching out to different possible partners
  • Maintaining and completing all hiring documentation and assuring their consistency
  • Travel across the Western Region to conduct interviews to better help Branch Managers in their recruitment process

Your profile

  • Minimum completion of a post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment, high volume recruitment will be considered an asset
  • Superior communication skills to build strong working relationships with internal/external clients and candidates
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
  • Highly accountable with a reputation for delivering high quality results within tight deadlines
  • Demonstrating strategical thinking to improve and streamline work processes
