Security Site Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily security operations and Security Operations Centre
• Deploy staff and manage incidents as needed
• Supervise and support Security Supervisors and Controllers
• Investigate employee concerns and conduct issues
• Review and ensure accurate incident reports and logs
• Maintain staff training and certifications
• Conduct site audits and ensure quality standards
• Manage security systems (CCTV, access control, radios)
• Communicate with clients, tenants, and management
• Support policy updates and operational improvements

Qualification:

• 1-3 years experience in security supervisor experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Valid Alberta Security license
• Must be able to work Monday- Friday 0800-1630
• Exceptional interpersonal skills both oral and written.
• Demonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretion.
• Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrest
• Must have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Leadership and mentorship skills
• Able to work in a team environment or independently as required
