Job Summary:
|
|
The Manpower Efficiency Analyst is a regional role responsible for optimizing workforce utilization and performance across East Africa through data-driven analysis of security operations and business metrics. The role partners with Finance, HR, and Customer Service to provide insights that improve employee productivity, profitability, and decision-making. The position also oversees security operations management systems, ensuring data accuracy, user compliance, reporting effectiveness, and process efficiency. By analysing workforce data and performance trends, the analyst identifies improvement opportunities and provides actionable recommendations to enhance operational and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
|
- Business Intelligence & Executive Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance dashboards and reporting packs for the Operations Director, East Africa and senior leadership.
- Produce weekly and monthly executive summaries covering operational performance, manpower utilisation, and compliance.
- Translate complex datasets into concise, decision‑ready insights to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manpower Planning & Workforce Analytics
- Analyse guard deployment across all East African countries and client sites to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and over‑resourcing.
- Support workforce planning aligned to contractual requirements, budgets, and operational realities.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to optimise manpower utilisation and drive cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Country Operations Teams to validate manpower data and ensure accuracy.
- Data Governance & Integrity
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of operational data across systems and reporting platforms.
- Reconcile data between Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to maintain a single source of truth.
- Establish and maintain data standards within the Operations function.
- Identify discrepancies proactively and drive corrective actions.
- ERP Systems Optimization
- Track implementation, adoption, and utilisation of operations systems across all countries.
- Highlight risks, delays, and non‑compliance for escalation to the Operations Director, East Africa.
- Draft new business processes for best practice
- Support country teams in strengthening adherence to system requirements and operational expectations.
- Performance Analysis
- Analyse country‑level operational performance to identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring intervention or support.
- Conduct insight‑led reviews to strengthen operational accountability and consistency.
- Provide leadership with accurate, relevant, and timely data to support informed decision‑making.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with the Operations Director, East Africa, Country Operations, Finance, and Human Resource teams.
- Support operational reviews with validated, insight‑rich reporting.
- Act as the central point of truth for operational data and reporting across the region.
- Provide guidance to country teams on data quality, reporting expectations, and system utilisation.

The Manpower Efficiency Analyst is accountable to the Operations Director, East Africa for the responsibilities outlined in this job description. Performance will be monitored through mid-year and annual reviews, supported by KPI tracking and reporting quality assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:
|
- Degree in Operations Management, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- At least one year working in security firm environment is desirable
- Experience working with large, multi-source datasets and BI reporting tools.
- Experience in a multi-country or regional environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ICT systems and operational reporting platforms.
