We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Full-Time Security Guard to join GardaWorld team at a prestigious historical site in Wasaga Beach. This position requires strong observational skills, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents while maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property.

Schedule:

• Continental Overnight Schedule - Week #1: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays; Week #2: Sundays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
• Timings: 17:00 - 05:00
• Includes weekends and holidays as required

Location: Wasaga Beach, ON

Responsibilities for Security Guard in Wasaga Beach

• Conduct regular foot patrols and mobile patrols of the property
• Monitor and enforce access control procedures
• Respond to incidents and perform effective de-escalation
• Prevent unauthorized access, trespassing, and disturbances
• Conduct vagrant and trespasser removals in a professional manner
• Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Operate and patrol using a company vehicle
• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the site
• Communicate effectively with management, emergency services, and the public

Qualifications for Security Guard in Wasaga Beach

• Valid Security Guard Licence
• Valid Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving company vehicles
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of extended walking and standing
• Previous security experience considered an asset
• Experience in customer service, de-escalation, or site patrol preferred
