Position Overview:

The Asset Manager is primarily responsible for the management and maintenance of the company's fixed assets, ensuring efficient asset utilization, minimizing loss risks, and enhancing asset management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Asset Registration & Classification:  
  • Receive, register, and categorize assets; establish and maintain a comprehensive fixed asset ledger.  
  • Daily Asset Management:  
  • Conduct regular asset inventories to ensure physical inventory matches book records, handle asset transfers, disposals, repairs, and maintenance.  
  • Asset Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze asset data to support management decision-making. 
  • Training & Guidance: Provide training on asset management policies to departments; promote company-wide asset management awareness.

Competencies:

Qualifications and Educational Background:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.  

Professional Knowledge:  

  • Proficient in financial accounting principles and relevant national policies/regulations.  
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in office software (e.g., Excel, Word); basic data analysis capabilities.  
  • Communication:  
  • Strong coordination and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate effectively across departments.  
  • Accountability:  
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution ability and resilience under pressure. 
  • Personal Attributes and Meticulousness: Precision in asset management to prevent losses due to oversight.  
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently plan and execute asset inventories, transfers, etc.  
  • Learning Agility: Continuously update knowledge and skills in asset management to meet evolving business needs.  

Additional Requirements  

  • Compliance Awareness: Strictly adhere to company policies and ensure legal/regulatory compliance in asset management.  
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive asset-related information.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of asset management experience; familiarity with corporate asset management workflows. Ability to speak basic Chinese is a preferred.
