Position Overview:
The Asset Manager is primarily responsible for the management and maintenance of the company's fixed assets, ensuring efficient asset utilization, minimizing loss risks, and enhancing asset management efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Registration & Classification:
- Receive, register, and categorize assets; establish and maintain a comprehensive fixed asset ledger.
- Daily Asset Management:
- Conduct regular asset inventories to ensure physical inventory matches book records, handle asset transfers, disposals, repairs, and maintenance.
- Asset Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze asset data to support management decision-making.
- Training & Guidance: Provide training on asset management policies to departments; promote company-wide asset management awareness.

Competencies:

Qualifications and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
Professional Knowledge:
- Proficient in financial accounting principles and relevant national policies/regulations.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in office software (e.g., Excel, Word); basic data analysis capabilities.
- Communication:
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Accountability:
- Detail-oriented with strong execution ability and resilience under pressure.
- Personal Attributes and Meticulousness: Precision in asset management to prevent losses due to oversight.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently plan and execute asset inventories, transfers, etc.
- Learning Agility: Continuously update knowledge and skills in asset management to meet evolving business needs.
