To provide an expert service relating to design & architect, survey, management of implementation, installation and maintenance of technology contracts and projects. |

Job Summary: |

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dar es-Salaam for a System Specialist in various technologies at GardaWorld Tanzania. The Technical Systems Specialists will be responsible for design, troubleshooting, physical installation and maintenance of various technological and security systems as assigned in line with SOPs. The System Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including system design, planning, configuration, setup and installation, troubleshooting and providing technical support for various systems including, but not limited to including CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Connectivity (Fiber, Wireless), Intruder Detection & Alarms, Fire Detection, Alarms & Suppression. The candidate does not require all of the above skills in person but various combined skills would be good to have (For example CCTV + Networking etc.) The role requires strong design, analytical and technical skills and effective communication to ensure smooth functioning of information technology systems, digital security and integration of various technologies.

- The System Specialist is accountable to the Technical Operations Supervisor or Manager, Integrated Solutions Manager or as assigned for responsibilities stated in this job description and / or Projects and Service & Maintenance Contracts. These responsibilities will be monitored and managed through the mid-year and annual performance review and supported through the monitoring of KPIs.
