What Your Days Will Look Like

• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers

• Support travellers with special needs, including mobility, hearing, or visual assistance

• Guide passengers through the screening process when needed

• Clearly explain screening procedures and available options

• Assist passengers with personal belongings, medical devices, and sensitive items

• Provide communication tools adapted to visually impaired passengers

• Collaborate closely with screening officers and airport stakeholders

• Proactively identify passengers who may require additional support

• Stay informed on accessibility initiatives, including the Sunflower Lanyard program

What We're Looking For

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience

• Strong empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills

• Bilingualism (English and French) is required to effectively serve an international clientele 

• Ability to adapt to different customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

• Ability to assist passengers with reduced mobility

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to work on-site at YUL in Montreal
