Overview:
As a Business Applications Solution Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and operational excellence across the organization. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of business applications—including Salesforce, Dynamics 365 F&O, and other platforms to support business strategy and growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to deliver innovative solutions and maximize the value of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Drive process automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce, D365 F&O, and other business applications.
- Manage integration between applications and third-party systems using modern integration tools (e.g., Power Platform).
- Ensure applications are stable, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Provide expert-level support to end users, including troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
- Lead change management and user adoption programs to maximize solution effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security best practices, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, functional solutions.
- Track and report on KPIs such as system uptime, user satisfaction, and project delivery.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and clean-up to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized institution.
- Professional certifications in Salesforce, Dynamics 365 F&O, Power Platform.
- At least 2 years’ experience supporting business applications in a medium-to-large enterprise environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), API management, and integration tools.
- Exposure to documenting code customizations, integrations, and technical processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Scrum) is an advantage.
- Strong technical documentation skills (integration, process, technical, and data flow charts).
