CRM Manager / Digital Leads Specialist

Overview:
The CRM Manager / Digital Leads Specialist is responsible for daily opportunity tracking, consolidating procurement feeds, and ensuring accurate and timely pipeline reporting within Salesforce. This role will serve as the data and process backbone for Business Development, enabling the team to track, report, and act on opportunities with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CRM (Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability
- Consolidate procurement feeds and external tender portals into actionable pipeline opportunities
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly pipeline reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Support business development teams with opportunity tracking and reporting
- Drive CRM adoption across users, providing training and guidance where required
- Ensure consistency in pipeline reporting across regions and business units
- Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and enhance CRM functionality

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce
- Familiarity with procurement portals and opportunity tracking tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Power BI reporting skills
