Responsibilities for Airport Security Guard
- Manage access points to restricted areas of the airport, verifying credentials and authorizing entry for authorized personnel only.
- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas within the airport premises.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following established protocols and procedures.
- Provide assistance and guidance to passengers and visitors regarding airport facilities, directions, and emergency procedures in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications for Airport Security Guard
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in security-related fields is preferred.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Residence to obtain a Transportation Canada Security Clearance.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
