This role is a seasonal position with the possibility of continued employment throughout various events.

Responsibilities for Event Staff

• Support access control, crowd management, and patron flow
• Assist with line management and patron direction
• Count capacity as needed and report updates to Supervisors or Event Command
• Provide general operational and event support
• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors 
• Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times

Qualifications for Event Staff

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• PROTECT and ProServe certification is required
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
