Security Supervisor - CBSA - Full Time

As a Security Supervisor you will lead a team of 30 guards, who support national security and public safety priorities within the airport industry.

What does a Security Supervisor in Etobicoke do?

• Lead a team of Security Guards, including coaching and mentoring them to success.

• Assign guards to their posts and daily assignments, ensuring all guards follow all post orders and complete audits.

• Provide on-going training to your security team.

• De-escalation of situations and managing and reporting emergency incidences.

• Support and provide assistance as needed.

Qualifications to a Security Guard with GardaWorld?

• Valid and current Ontario Security Guard License.

• Current First Aid/CPR certification from a valid training provider, as recognized by WSIB.

• Reliability Clearance.

• Vulnerable Sector Check.

• Proven emergency response experience, preferably working with disadvantaged groups.

• 2 years' experience supervising a minimum of 10 employees in a field directly related to law enforcement or security services.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English an asset)
