We are looking for a Part-time security guard who would be interested working at a Office Setting at  Flin Flon, MB. As a Security Guard at an Office setting, you will primarily deal with the general public. Quality, service and customer satisfaction are at the heart of our customers' priorities.

What does a Security Guard in Flin-Flon do?

• Providing uniformed, physical security to our client and its customers/visitors
• Greet and assist general public.
• Conducting daily functions of the security unit including visual deterrent, and report writing/note taking.
• Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
• Responsible for managing crowds and ensuring they remain orderly and safe
• Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis
• Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors
• Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through positive teamwork

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Flin-Flon

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Valid Manitoba Security license
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to work days
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
