The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities of an Account Manager
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Oversee daily security operations across assigned sites.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage scheduling needs.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to fill vacancies quickly.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and service issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct site visits to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Monitor security staff performance and support performance management.
- Manage incident reporting and escalation procedures.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management.
- Support onboarding and training of security personnel when required.
Qualifications for an Account Manager
- Previous experience in account management, operations, or security services.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for site visits and travel between locations)
- Vehicle allowance provided due to required field travel and site visits
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
Asset:
- Experience in the security industry.
- Experience managing field staff or operational teams.
- Knowledge of incident reporting systems.
