The Bilingual Account Coordinator at GardaWorld plays a key role in coordinating daily operations between clients, field teams (security officers), and internal departments (scheduling, recruitment, operations, and human resources). They act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts to ensure efficient service delivery in line with contractual requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities for Bilingual Account Coordinator

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and GardaWorld internal teams.
  • Ensure bilingual communication (French and English) with clients and employees.
  • Coordinate security officers’ schedules in collaboration with the scheduling team.
  • Handle client requests (replacements, emergencies, post adjustments, operational needs).
  • Monitor site performance and ensure compliance with security standards and contractual requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date client records (reports, incidents, compliance, operational logs).
  • Track employee absences, lateness, overtime, and staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to support onboarding of new employees.
  • Escalate and resolve operational issues or on-site conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Prepare regular reports for account managers and operations teams.

Qualifications for Bilingual Account Coordinator

 

    • Bilingual: French and English (spoken and written required).
    • Experience in the security industry or a similar field (customer service, operations, coordination, account management).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of scheduling tools or HR systems (asset: SuccessFactors, Excel, etc.).
    • Strong customer service mindset and professional approach.
    • Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
