As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Security Supervisor

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties

Qualifications for Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last
• Excellent leadership skills
• 1 - 2 number of years of experience in security and team management
• Mining Site or Camp Site experience
• First aid certification (mandatory)
• Clear Criminal Record 
• Ability to obtain Drug and Alochol test
