FULL-TIME SECURITY TEAM LEAD

We are looking for a motivated experienced Security Team lead to join our growing team in an exciting and rewarding position. This position requires you to pass security clearance and specialized training with ability to drive a marked vehicle. This location is an exciting location, has great activity and will provide a vibrant and diverse workday. This role will see you providing an exceptional customer service experience to while ensuring staff, patrons and contractors remain safe. Pay Rate: $21.89/hour

Shifts: Rotating 2 weeks of Days/2 weeks of Night shifts with a great work life balance!

What does a Security Guard in Sudbury do?

• Control access to restricted areas and areas with limited access 

• Directing passengers and escorting people in restricted areas 

• Respond to alarms and report any events, illegal acts or violations  

• Participate in emergency operations according to the emergency response plan

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Sudbury

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) 

• Valid security guard license and first aid card 

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience is required 

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule  

• Have a clean criminal record  

• Be eligible to work in Canada  

• 18 years of age or older
