Full Time Security Guard - Rotational Shifts

We are looking for a motivated Security Guard to join our growing team in an exciting and rewarding position.  This role will see you providing an exceptional customer service experience to travelers all while ensuring staff, patrons and contractors remain safe. If you are looking for a unique opportunity with opportunities for advancement - this is the job for you! 

Pay Rate: $20.28/hour

Shifts: Rotating Day/Night shifts 0700-1900 / 1900-0700

What does a Security Guard in Thunder Bay do?

  • Control access to restricted areas and areas with limited access 

  • Directing passengers and escorting people in restricted areas 

  • Respond to alarms and report any events, illegal acts or violations  

  • Participate in emergency operations according to the emergency response plan

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Thunder Bay

  • Be a Canadian Citizen (Necessary for clearance purposes)

  • Full G Licence 

  • Valid security guard license and first aid certification

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule  

  • Have a clean criminal record
