As a Tactical Mobile Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Schedule: – 20:00-08:00  2 Week Continental Rotation (84 hours)  Week 1: Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday Week 2: Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday

Hourly Pay Rate: $ 19.00/hr (After 3 months probation $19.75)

Training schedule: Three days of training with a supervisor, 12-hour shifts 1900 0700

Responsibilities for Mobile Tactical Security Guard

• Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot) 

• Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws 

• Deterring and responding to incidents on the property 

• Responding to various types of emergencies 

• Grounding at sites when required.

• Maintain posted speed limits, driving in a safe manner.

• Driving for extended periods of time.

• Responsible for company and client property (client keys, company phone, company vehicle and more).

• Ability to maintain detailed notes.

• Ability to write detailed report notes

Qualifications for Mobile Tactical Security Guard

• A valid security guard license and first aid card 

• 1 year security experience

• A valid driver's license full G or G-2

• Have a clear criminal background and driving record 

• Must be 19 or older for insurance reasons

• Be eligible to work in Canada
