As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Site Supervisor

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Responsible for creating the employee schedule based on the next weeks tasks and manage the team on a day to day basis on site level. 
• Manage inventory control (Uniforms) 
• Responsible for the signing authority for the security license that are issued
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Promote and support the daily administrative tasks and training staff on the technology access on site level
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties

Qualifications for Site Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• 1-3 nf years of experience in security and team management
• First aid certification manditory
• Ability to hold a valid security license
