What does a Recruitment Coordinator in Hamilton do?
- Actively participate in discussions related to open roles and gain a clear understanding of specific requirements
- Build applicant pipeline using a variety of channels including posting to job boards, community colleges, employment agencies, job fairs, social media, online databases
- Review incoming applications for suitable qualifications, experience, and valid licensing
- Schedule and conduct virtual or face to face interviews to determine job fit, communication skills and schedule availability
- Ensure that all new hires complete online onboarding and confirming all documents are complete and signed
- Partner with the Scheduling department to identify a suitable training schedule for the new hires
- Assist with issuing uniforms to new hires
- Track Uniform receipts on Lightspeed
- Assign employee numbers to new hires
- Create profiles of new hires on winteam

Qualifications to become a Recruitment Coordinator in Hamilton ?
- Experience in recruitment, an asset
- Experience in the security business, an asset
- Able to manage priorities independently
- Knowledge of new recruitment methods, able to conduct relevant candidate searches
- Driver's license and ability to travel to Hamilton and occasionally to London/Sarnia branches
