What does a Screening Point Manager in Hamilton do?

Plan, direct and ensure the smooth running of airport screening operations
Implement procedures and policies for security operations
Proctor recurrent learning activities and Screening Officer examinations
Monitor and maintain communication channels

Qualifications to become a Screening Point Manager in Hamilton?

Must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident
College/University diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Eligible to obtain RAIC (security clearance) including clear criminal record
Previous experience in training and supervising unionized employees
Knowledge of legislation of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, Official Languages
Bilingual (English/French) and/or knowledge of a second language is an asset
