Ready to suit up as an Event Security Guard

We're excited to announce an event coming up this Spring in Hamilton and nearby Region. We're looking to hire enthusiastic and motivated security professionals to assist us in this temporary coverage. If you're looking for temporary spring work, this will be a fun opportunity 
to gain experience. A job fair will be held for this event, schedule will be shared with the qualified candidates applying to this requisition.

Schedule- Various shifts including days, afternoons etc

Pay rate- $18/hr

Responsibilities for Event Security Guard

• Ensure the protection of people, property and premises 

• Control the entrances and exits with the equipment at your disposal 

• Carry out preventive surveillance rounds 

• Crowd management 

• Point of contact with authorities and emergency services 

• Prevent fire, theft and vandalism

Qualifications for Event Security Guard

• A valid security guard license and first aid card 

• Available to work flexible hours 

• 1 year of security guard experience

• Valid G-2 or Full G Ontario driving license

• Have a clear criminal background 

• Be eligible to work in Canada
