As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Schedule-  Mon-Fri 12:00-20:00

Responsibilities for Concierege Security Guard

• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the facility.
• Manage access control for associates, visitors, and contractors.
• Verify identities, welcome visitors, and provide customer service support.
• Ensure all associates scan their badges when exiting the facility.
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to identify and address potential security risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid when required, and coordinate with emergency responders.
• Follow directions from the Security Supervisor and adhere to site procedures.
• Use computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel to complete administrative tasks.
• Answer inquiries in person and by phone.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate security-related concerns promptly.
• Demonstrate strong customer obsession and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications for Concierege Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
