Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths.

As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

Schedule: Monday 09:00-19:00 & Friday 07:00-17:00 

Location: L8P 1H4

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard

• Manage visitor access, identification, passes, and key control.
• Secure restricted areas and prevent unauthorized entry.
• Conduct regular interior, exterior, and parking lot patrols.
• Monitor CCTV, intrusion alarms, and fire systems.
• Respond to security incidents, alarms, and medical emergencies.
• Assist with evacuations, fire drills, and safety procedures.
• Identify and report hazards and security concerns.
• Complete accurate daily and incident reports.
• Assist with investigations involving theft, damage, or other incidents.
• Enforce site security, health, and safety policies.

Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification required
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
