Position- Special Operations Group(SOG) Reporting directly to the Account Manager

Schedule: Continental rotation shifts, Open availability is required, need coverage for days, nights, evenings, afternoons

Pay rate: $20/hr 

Training rate- $19/h

Location: Several sites from Hamilton, Burlington to Niagara Falls

What does a Security Guard in Hamilton do?

• Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property 

• Site Operations Management · Familiarize with and adapt to the unique requirements of all assigned sites. · Provide on-call support to cover high-risk locations or critical operational gaps. · Ensure a thorough understanding of site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Advanced Report Writing-Review and analyze reports for patterns or potential threats .Review and analyze reports for patterns or potential threats.

• ·Security Enforcement · Conduct regular patrols and inspections of premises to deter unauthorized activity.

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Hamilton

• A valid security guard license and first aid card 

• Good to have an Ontario driver's license G or G-2

• Access to reliable vehicle and willing to commute

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient with computers

• Available to work flexible hours 

• Have a clear criminal background 

• Be eligible to work in Canada
