As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Schedule- Monday to Friday 0800-1600 

Location- L8M 1W9

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard

• Lead, schedule, train, and supervise on-site security staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.

• Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, access control, and maintaining a visible security presence.

• Respond to and coordinate incidents and emergencies, following established protocols and post orders.

• Ensure compliance with security policies, safety standards, and client requirements; update post orders as needed.

• Act as a key point of contact for site leadership, staff, and external emergency services.

• Complete and review daily activity logs, incident reports, and operational documentation.

• Oversee the use and basic maintenance of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.

Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• 1 number of years of experience in security and team management
• First aid certification Required
• Hold a valid security license
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency with security technology and basic computer applications.
• Professional, customer-service-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
• Physically capable of performing the duties of the role.
