As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Schedule- Monday through Friday 0700-1500

Responsibilities for Surveillance Security Guard

• Supervised a team of 7-10 security guards and managed daily scheduling and site operations.
• Coordinated with clients, account managers, and staff to ensure smooth site coverage and service delivery.
• Monitored CCTV, conducted patrols, maintained access control, and enforced safety and PPE compliance.
• Managed client concerns, incident reporting, and emergency response procedures.
• Recorded vehicle and truck movements using computerized systems and manual logs.
• Issued access cards, maintained site documentation, and ensured adherence to site policies and security procedures.
• Utilized Excel, security software, and reporting systems to support daily operations and compliance.

Qualifications for Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Minimum 6 months of experience in security and team management
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and general computer operations. 
• First aid certification mandatory
• Hold a valid security license
