As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Schedule- Full-Time 19:00-07:00 2 Week Continental Rotation (84 hours) Week 1: Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday Week 2: Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday 

Location- Hamilton Region

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Supervisor

• Lead, supervise, and support the mobile security team during assigned shifts

• Oversee and coordinate daily mobile and foot patrol operations across multiple sites

• Prepare, manage, and maintain patrol schedules to ensure full coverage

• Ensure all security personnel follow company policies, site instructions, and remain updated on procedures

• Enforce property regulations, city by-laws, and applicable laws while on patrol

• Monitor, deter, and respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and compliance

• Issue, track, and manage access control cards

• Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports

• Operate patrol vehicles safely for extended periods while adhering to posted speed limits

• Perform additional related duties as required while demonstrating strong leadership, professionalism, and sound decision-making skills

Qualifications for Tactical Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• 2 number of years of experience in security and team management
• First aid certification mandatory
• Hold a valid security license
