As a Cargill Industrial Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.

This position is located in High River, Alberta.

Responsibilities for Cargill Industrial Security Guard

• Inspect incoming oand outgoing trailers, verifiying condidtion, temperature settings, seals and transport readiness 
• Monitor refrigerated trailers and conduct regual temperature checks to ensure compliance and product integrity 
• Veryify trailer weights, axel configurations, and load compliance using tuck scales 
• Review and process shipping documents, bills of lading, scale tickets and transportation records
• Seal trailers and confirm shipment requirements prior to departure
• Maintain accurate inspection, shipment, and complinace records using site systems 
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and plant departments to support daily transportation operations
• Invesigate and document temperature deviations, trailer discrepancies and operational issues 
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions while performing inspections, yard checks, and transportation related duties. 

Qualifications for Cargill Industrial Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Alberta security license 
• Full class 5 Drivers License and reliable vehicle required
• Available to work 12 hour shifts - days and nights shifts 
• Strong report writing skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
